We are seeking a Associate Director, Integrations
Job duties include -
- Perform Employee Performance Management including Quarterly review of resource alignment with
role/deliverable. - Regular & consistent 1:1's; Utilization of Company tools, like Lattice;
- Clear feedback and next steps are documented and provided to your direct report;
- Department Onboarding/Training;
- Strategic Rock Stewardship;
Other Leadership - level MBOs to be confirmed & documented and supervised.
Requirements –
- Bachelor or foreign degree equivalent in computer science, software engineering, computer information systems, math or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as MuleSoft Architect, MuleSoft Developer or with MuleSoft.
- Employer also accepts three-year degree or studies/coursework in computer science, software engineering, computer information systems, math or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as MuleSoft Architect, MuleSoft Developer or
with MuleSoft. - Special skills - experience in data integration and migration principles, and data architecture design.
- Telecommuting Permitted. May reside and work anywhere in the U.S.
