Meet The Team

Robert O’Donnell

Robert is an experienced Solutions Architect with a demonstrated history of successful delivery to both enterprise and non-enterprise clients. Robert is skilled in Quote-To-Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Sales, Salesforce, Integrations, Oracle, Project Management and Change Management. Robert’s professional career started off in building sales centers for major banking corporations. While Robert had a successful career in the finance industry, he ultimately left finance to pursue a more challenging field that involved technology.

Robert worked at BigMachines, Apttus and Simplus where he led the implementation and guidance of each organization’s dedicated technology tools. Robert now serves as the Principal Solutions Architect at Neocol where he helps client’s implement Salesforce CPQ & Billing.

Oscar Guggiana

Oscar is a Salesforce Technical Architect at Neocol that holds nine Salesforce Certifications with a strong focus on technical aspects of the entire platform with a preference for CPQ and Billing. With more than 20 years working in IT, he can perform either functional or technical roles in a salesforce implementation project or support services. He is also always eager to learn something new and share it with his colleagues or clients.

Oscar’s previous job role was an IT supervisor focused on Business Intelligence in a multinational company in Brazil. He always dreamed of moving abroad to work, so when an opportunity presented itself to work at Neocol in the UK, Oscar took the plunge and moved for the job!

Sarah Sutton

Sarah, Neocol’s Manager of Salesforce Consulting has worked at Neocol for about a year now. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Sarah previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at a Commercial Real Estate Firm when they purchased a CRM tool. She took on learning and implementing the CRM system back in 2014, and the rest is history! Sarah is a self-proclaimed accidental Salesforce Admin.

Mike Didonna

Mike is a Senior Business Analyst at Neocol that works with clients to document project requirements and help configure their system. He is  2x Salesforce Certified in Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant. Mike’s previous work history includes leading numerous digital and e-commerce projects for companies in a variety of industries on websites, mobile and tablet versions. He has experience managing strategy projects that have focused on making strategic recommendations for the client’s business.
